Question 478072: Hi! I need some help with functions. How do I get the answer?
The following exercise gives you experience in using the cost and revenue functions to find the break-even point.
A company has a cost function of
C(x) = 24x + 820
and a revenue function of
R(x) = 34.50x
Find the break-even point. (Round answer up to the nearest whole number.)

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
break even means cost equals revenue

24x + 820 = 34.5x

solve for x, and then plug the value into one of the equations to find the break even point
