You can put this solution on YOUR website!
By trial and error, I found that
+x+=+-1+ and +x+-+-1%2F3+ are solutions.
Then, I found that if you square both sides,
The squares will be positive no matter what, so
I can write +%282x+%2B+1%29%5E2+=+x%5E2+
+4x%5E2+%2B+4x+%2B+1+=+x%5E2+
+3x%5E2+%2B+4x+%2B+1+=+0+
The solutions to this are the ones I found.
Evidently this is the way to solve the problem
