5x-3y=9
rewrite in standard form for a straight line: y=mx+b, m=slope, b= y-intercept
3y=5x-9
y=5x/3-3
slope,m,=5/3

Slope of line perpendicular to given equation and passing thru (6,r) and (9,2)
=-1/m=-3/5=∆y/∆x=(2-r)/(9-6)
-3/5=(2-r)/3
-9=10-5r
5r=10+9=19
r=19/5
