You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Let x - ones
then %28x%2B3%29 - tens
%28x%2B3-2%29=x%2B1-hundred digit
system%28x%3C10%2C+x%2B3%3C10%2C+x%2B1%3C10%29 => system%28x%3C10%2C+x%3C7%2C+x%3C9%29 =>x%3C7
The number is odd, so x could be 1 or 3 or 5
if x=1 , then x%2B3=4, x%2B1=2, the number 241
if x=3 , then x%2B3=6, x%2B1=4, the number 463
if x=5 , then x%2B3=8, x%2B1=6, the number 685
Answer: 241, 463, 685

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Let n = one's digit
The number is:
+n+%2B+10%2A%28n+%2B+3%29+%2B+100%2A%28n+%2B+3+-+2%29+
+n+%2B+10n+%2B+30+%2B+100n+%2B+100+
+111n+%2B+130+
If the number is odd, n can only be 1,3,5,7 or 9
If +n+=+1+,
+111%2A1+%2B+130+=+241+
If +n+=+3+,
+111%2A3+%2B+130+=+463+
If +n+=+5+,
+111%2A5+%2B+130+=+685+
If +n+=+7+,
+111%2A7+%2B+130+=+907+ (this fails, since the
10's digit is not +n+%2B+3+
If +n+=+9+,
+111%2A9+%2B+130+=+1129+ (this fails, it's a 4-digit number)
