I.Use Chebyshev's theorem to find what percent of the valuses will fall between 156 and 276 for a data set with a mean of 216 and standard deciation of 12.
II. Use the Emperical Rule to find what two values 68% fo the data will fall between for a data set with a mean of 219 and standard deviation of 20. need answered ASAP PLEASE..

I. The values are 5 sd's off of the mean. By Chebyshev's theorem there should be AT LEAST 100%281-1%2F5%5E2%29% = 100%2A%281+-+1%2F25%29% = 96%.
II. By the empirical rule, assuming a normal or nearly-normal distribution, the values should be 1 sd off of the mean, so the values should be between 219-20 = 199 and 239.
