You can put this solution on YOUR website! You are given that one die is a 5, so we only consider the pairs with at least one 5:
{1,5},{2,5},...{6,5}
{5,1},{5,2},...,{5,6}
There are eleven cases (we have to subtract 1 because {5,5} is counted twice). We get a sum of 8 if we get {5,3} or {3,5} so the probability is 2/11.
