You can  put this solution on YOUR website! You've essentially solved both problems. For #7 (Find a counterexample to the statement "2^n + 3^n is divisible by 4"), n=3 is a counterexample, because 8+27 is not divisible by 4. Similarly, n=3 is a counterexample to #19, which disproves the statement.
