You can take the 3^2 out of the square root sign by making it a 3.
your equation of 13 * square root of (27) becomes 13 * 3 * square root of (3) which becomes 39 * square root of (3).
square root of 48 equivalent to square root of (4^2 * 3).
You can take the 4^2 out of the square root sign by making it a 4.
your equation of 1/4 * square root of (48) becomes 1/4 * 4 * square root of (3) which becomes square root of (3).
