log(base4)(x+2)= 1/3log(base4)64 = log(base4) 64^(1/3) = 1  

root%283%2C64%29+=+4 and  

log(base4)(x+2)= 1

 (x+2) = 4^1

 x + 2 = 4

   x = 2
