Catch up distance = 4.4
t=d/r
11= 4.4/(y-x)
y-x= 4.4/11
y-x = 0.44.............1

opposite direction combined speed = x+y

meeting time = 1 hour
4.4/(x+y)=1
x+y = 4.4.................2
