Question 474088: If r=5z and 15z=3y, then in terms of y, what does r=?
Answer by rfadrogane(214) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! Solution:
r = 5z --- (1)
15z = 3y --- (2)
Let simplify (2) by dividing on both sides by 3
5z = y, then substitute into (1)
r = y ---- answer
