You can put this solution on YOUR website!
We should have P(A) + P(B) + P(C) = 1, so that P(C) = 1 - (P(A) + P(B)) = 1-0.71 = 0.29, P(A) = 1 - (P(B) + P(C)) = 1-0.41 = 0.59.
==> P(B) = 1 - P(A) - P(C) = 1 - 0.59 - 0.29 = 0.12.
