You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x- intercept is 3, so point (3,0)
y-intercept is 5, so point (0,5)
The equation of a line that pass through points (x1,y1),(x2,y2) is
%28y-y1%29%2F%28y2-y1%29=%28x-x1%29%2F%28x2-x1%29
(3,0), so x1=3, y1=0
(0,5), so x2=0, y2=5
%28y-0%29%2F%285-0%29=%28x-3%29%2F%280-3%29
y%2F5=%28x-3%29%2F3
3y=5%28x-3%29
3y=5x-15
-5x%2B3y=-15 divide by -1
5x-3y=15
