You can put this solution on YOUR website! x- intercept is 3, so point (3,0)
y-intercept is 5, so point (0,5)
The equation of a line that pass through points (x1,y1),(x2,y2) is
(3,0), so x1=3, y1=0
(0,5), so x2=0, y2=5
 divide by -1
