First expand log(x^2y) using log properties: log(a)+log(b)=log(ab) and log(a^n)=nlog(a)
2log+x+%2B+log+y+-+0.5log+x+%2B3log+y
Now just add like terms
1.5log+x+%2B+4log+y
Combine into single log using same log properties:
log+%28x%5E1.5y%5E4%29
