You can put this solution on YOUR website! Since the "number of times required for automobile maintenance" is a whole, finite, and countable number, this means that this variable is a ratio variable. Recall that ratio variables can be sorted (ie are ordinal), the differences make sense (ie have an interval quality), and there's a set zero. Also, ratios make sense because if you serviced your car 4 times and your neighbor serviced his car 2 times, then you can say that you serviced your car twice as much as your neighbor (so this shows that ratios make sense here).
