3x-9y=12

y-intercept(when x = 0)   (0, -4/3) 

  3*0-9y=12

     -9y = 12

       y = -12/9 = -4/3



x-intercept(when y = 0)  (4,0)

  3x = 12

   x = 4

3x-6y = -12 Blue Line
