You can put this solution on YOUR website!
probability that a person is math phobic = 13% = 13/100
a) the probability that both will be math phobic P(A)
= 13/100 * 13/100
= 169/10000
= 0.0169
b) the probability that both are not math phobic P(B) = 87/100 * 87/100
= 0.7569
the probability that at least one person is math phobic i,e P'(B) = 1 - P(B)
= 1 - 0.7569
= 0.2431
