For part a, am I just suppose to multiply (.8) (10/12)?
I have no idea what to do for part b.
Thanks for your help.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
a)
p=.8, q=.2
nCr=12C10=66 coefficient
66p^10q^2=.2835
.
b)
p^12+12p^11q+.2835=.5583
.
