Probability is a fraction. The denominator is the number of possible outcomes. Hint: Your spinner has 8 spots on it. To eliminate having to deal with "liners" consider the line between segments on the right of a segment to belong to that segment.
The numerator of your fraction is the number of outcomes that you would consider a success. So for part a), write out the numbers 1 through 8 and count the number of odd numbers. That's your numerator for part a). Remember to reduce your fraction once you have constructed it.
