You can put this solution on YOUR website! Rearrange so you have just one y on the left hand side:
3x-4y<12
-3x+4y<-12
4y<3x-12
y<0.75x-3
Now the inequality is satisfied at any point below the line y=0.75x-3.
I have drawn the graoh below but I will leave you to shade the area below the line.
