You can put this solution on YOUR website!
"The hypotenuse of a right triangle is 25 cm long. One leg of the same triangle is 7 cm long. What is the length of the other leg? Explain how you found your answer."

Pythagorean Theorem is a² + b² = c²
a and b are the legs, c is the hypotenuse

7² + b² = 25² {substituted into the Pythagorean Theorem}
49 + b² = 625 {squared the 7 and 25}
b² = 576 {subtracted 49 from both sides}
b = 24 {took square root of both sides}

24 cm is the length of the other leg
