Let x, (x+2), (2x+2 - 6) represent Betty's, Carl's and Amy's points respectively

Question states***

 x + (x+2) + (2x -4) = 110

Solving for x

     4x = 112

      x = 28, Betty's points. Carl 30Pts and Amy 52Pts

CHECKING our Answer***

   28 + 30 + 52 = 110
