You can put this solution on YOUR website!
1/square root 8 = 4^(m-3)
---
1/[2^(3/2)] = 2^(2(m-3))
------------------------
2^(-3/2) = 2^[2(m-3)]
========================
-3/2 = 2(m-3)
2m-6 = -3/2
2m = (12/2)-(3/2)
2m = 9/2
m = 9/4

Hi
1%2Fsqrt%288%29=+2%5E-1%2F2+%2F2+=+4%5E%28m-3%29
+2%5E%28-1%2F2%29%2F2+=+2%5E%282m-6%29
2^(-1/2 -(2m-6)) = 2^1
-1/2 - 2m+6 = 1
9/2 = 2m
9/4 = m
