5 roast beef and 4 ham sandwiches orders, NINE in all

 P(both roast beef) = 5/9*4/8 = 20/72 = 5/18

 P(both roast beef OR both ham) = P(both roast beef) + P(ham)

                                = 5/18 + 4/9*3/8 = 5/18 + 12/72 = 8/18
