For this one m^2-49/2m=1/2
we add 2401/4 to both sides
m^2-49/2m+2401/16=1/2 + 4401/16
rewrite this as:
(m-49/4)^2=4409/16
Square root both sides:
m-49/4=+-sq rt 4409/16
m=49+-(sq rt 4409)/4
