The table is divided up in 4 columns: Term, Coefficient, Degree of the term, Degree of the polynomial.

There are five terms: -3x^4, 9x^3, -4x^2, 2x, and -4. Notice that the sign belongs to the term.
Coefficients: These are the numbers in front of the variables. They are: -3, 9, -4, and 2 (the last number, -4, is a constant and not a coefficient)
Degree of the term: This is the power or exponent of the variable in each term.
These are: 4, 3, 2, and 1.
The degree of the polynomial is the the highest power of any of the terms. Here, it's 4 from the term -3x^4.
