With systematic sampling, we create a list of every member of the population. We randomly select some number k. Then, we select every kth element on the list. For example: testing every 10th chicken to come off the conveyor belt in a meat packing plant for salmonella.

I think your example is convenience sampling because it's made up of people who are easy to reach. Convenience sampling can readily lead to bias in your data. In this case, for example, we might expect that people who are losing to be more likely to leave the casino than people who are winning.
