a line parallel to the graph of 2x-4y=16 should have same slope m
now find a slope m:
2x-4y=16.....first write it in slope-intercept+ form:

2x-16=4y
2x%2F4-16%2F4=y

so, the answer is C. y=%281%2F2%29x-5
