Solve by elimination
-7x+5y=-2
-3x-2y=8
-------------
Get the coefficients of either x or y to match.
Multiply the 1st eqn by 2 and the 2nd by 5.
-14x + 10y = -4
-15x - 10y = 40
----------------- Add
-29x = 36
Solve for x, then sub into either eqn to find y.
