You can put this solution on YOUR website!
LET THE SMALLER NUMBER BE X
THEN LARGER NUMBER IS X+13
ALSO LARGER NUMBER IS 3/2X
EQUATION
X+13=3/2X
X-3/2X=-13
%282X-3%29%2F2X%29=-13
2X-3=-13*2X
2X-3=-26X
2X+26X=3
28X=3
X=3/28
LARGER NUMBER=3/28*3/2
=9/56
SMALLER NUMBER=3/28
