You can put this solution on YOUR website!

If I am a three digit number and my first digit is seven less than second digit and the second digit is four times that of third digit.
let's a three digit number be xyz
the first digit is seven less than second digit: x%2B7=y
the second digit is four times that of third digit:y=4z...>..z=y%2F4=%28x%2B7%29%2F4

since x%2B7=y.....the first digit is seven less than second digit, and digits are from 1 to 9, it could be only 2 or 1
the second digit is four times that of third digit:y=4z...it could be only 2 or 1
if the first digit is 2, then the second digit must be 2%2B7=9 and third digit have to be 1 and 9 is not = 4%2A1; so this cannot be the answer
so,
the first digit have to be 1 because the second digit must be 1%2B7=8 and third digit have to be 2 because 8=4%2A2

182 is your number
