I get this
b^2/9 b^9/2=b^2/18 b^9/18
from here I am confused. It shows in help that it is b^85/18. Where are they getting 85.
The next confusion is after this it shows b^4+13/18. Where are they getting 4+13..
Can anyone help. It would be wonderful. Thank You

9th rt b^2 * sqrt b^9
Do you mean root%289%2Cb%5E2%29%2Asqrt%28b%5E9%29 ?
= b%5E%282%2F9%29%2Ab%5E%289%2F2%29
Get a common denominator to add exponents
= b%5E%284%2F18%29%2Ab%5E%2881%2F18%29 It's hard to see. = b^(4/18)*b^(81/18)
= b%5E%2885%2F18%29 = b^(85/18)

If what you say is correct you should add the
exponents to get b^(11/9)

To get 85/18 you would nee 9/2 + 2/9 = (81+4)/18 = 85/18

Maybe your problem is not what you posted but rather:
sqrt(b^9)* 9th rt. of b^2
which would give you
b^(9/2) * b^(2/9) = b^(9/2 + 2/9) = b^(85/18)

b^2/9 b^9/2 should be equal to b^(2/9 +9/2)
2/9 + 9/2 = (2*2 + 9*9)/(9*2)
= 85/18
Simplifying 85/18, you get 4 + 13/18
