Question 456886: One card is selected at random from a deck of cards. Determine the probability that the card selected is a red card and a black card.
This is what I tried:
P(a red card and a black card) = number of outcomes the result will be a red card and a black card/total number of possible outcomes
= 26/52
= 1/2

"Determine the probability that the card selected is a red card and a black card." doesn't make any sense. We tutors are not mind-readers.
