You can
put this solution on YOUR website!
(n+5)/(n+8)=1+(6/n+1)
I'll assume you mean (n+5)/(n+8) = 1+ (6/(n+1))
(n+5)/(n+8) = n=1+ 6/(n+1) = (n+7)/(n+1)
(n+5)/(n+8) = (n+7)/(n+1)
Cross multiply
(n+5)(n+1) = (n+8)(n+7)
6n + 5 = 15n + 56
-9n = 51
n = -51/9 = -17/3
