slope m =(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
(-8+9)/(-4+7)

m=0.33

Plug value of the slope and point (-7,-9) in
Y =mx+b
-9.00=-2.33+b
b= -9-2.33
b= -6.67
So the equation will be
Y =0.33x-6.67
