Use the quadratic formula to get:
x=[-1+sqrt(-4)]/2 or x= [-1-sqrt(-4)]/2
x=[-1+2i]/2 or x=[-1-2i]/2

Use the quadratic formula to get:
x=[-1+sqrt(-20)]/2 or x=[-1-sqrt(-20)]/2
