You can put this solution on YOUR website!
You CANNOT divide by zero. So the denominator x-4 can't be equal to zero. So this means that x-4%3C%3E0. Solve for x to get x%3C%3E4


So x cannot be equal to 4.


So the domain is the set of all real numbers except x can't be equal to 4. Basically, you can plug in any number you want but 4.
