Its area is A=wl

Perimeter is 70:
2%28w%2Bl%29=70
w%2Bl=35
w=35-l
:
The length is 5m more than twice the width:
l=2w%2B5

Substitute w from first equation into the second:
l=2%2835-l%29%2B5
l=70-2l%2B5
3l=75
l=75%2F3
l=25, this is length
:
w=35-l
w=35-25
w=10, this is width
