=(x+3)/(x+2) + (x)/-(2-x)
=(x+3)/(x+2) + (x)/(x-2)
=(x+3)(x-2) + x(x+2) / (x+2)(x-2)
=(x^2+x-6+x^2+2x)/(x^2-4)
=(2x^2+3x-6)/(x^2-4)
