We know the x coefficients have to be 5 and 1, the last term factors 1 and 3
Just decide which goes where
(5x + 1)(x + 3), FOIL this to check it

It should be apparent that it has to be
(4x + 1)(x + 1) = 0, FOIL this to check it
:
(4x-8)^2 = 0
FOIL(4x-8)(4x-8)
16x^2 - 32x - 32x + 64 = 0
16x^2 - 64x + 64 = 0
Factor out 16
16(x^2 - 4x + 4) = 0
Factor this
16(x-2)(x-2) = 0
:
x^2-49 = 0
recognize this as the difference of squares, which is:
(x-7)(x+7) = 0; FOIL this to check it
