Find the x and y intercepts and graph the equation plotting the intercepts   

  7x-8y=28 

   0-8y = 28

      y = -28/8 = -7/2  Pt(0,-3.5)

  7x-8y=28 

  7x - 0 = 28

      x = 4             Pt(4,0)
