Hi,
Line perpendicular to -7x – 4y = -4
-7x – 4y = -4
y = (-7/4)x +1 = y Slope m = (-7/4)
New Line: Slope = 4/7
y = (4/7)x + b |line passes through (-14, -3)
-3 = (4/7)*-14 + b
5 = b
y = (4/7)x + 5
