Multiply everything by the denominators.
First, multiply by (f-8):
13++%2B+%28f-8%29%2F%288-f%29
Now multiply by (8-f):
13%288-f%29++%2B+%28f-8%29
Expand the brackets:
104-13f%2Bf-8
96-12f
That is the most simple form to write the fraction you started with.
