Diameter=sqrt(x2-x1)^2+(y2-y1)^2

Radius=7.61
Radius^2=57.91

Use midpoint formula to find center of circle:
(x,y)=(x1+x2)/2,(y1+y2)/2
=(-8+6)/2,(2-4)/2
=-2/2,-2/2
(x,y)=(-1,-1) (center of circle)
