I am able to figure out the work rate when the problem includes only hours such as if it only said 7 hours the work rate would me 1/7 but i do not know how to figure out when there are hours and minutes.

work rate(fraction of the job per hour) = 1/7.5  = 1%2F%2815%2F2%29+=+2%2F15
