Factor:
f(x) = (2x^2+3)/[(x-5)(x+4)]
----
Vertical asymptotes where the denominator is zero.
VA's at x = 5 and at x = -4
-----
Horizontal asymptote where x goes to + or - infinity.
HA at y = 2x^2/x^2 = 2/1 = 2
