The answer is no. Consider dividing sqrt%288%29 (which is irrational) by sqrt%282%29 (which is also irrational) to get sqrt%288%29%2Fsqrt%282%29=sqrt%288%2F2%29=sqrt%284%29=2, but this is rational. So the answer is "no".
