You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Notice that 36 is a perfect square, and m%5E2 is a
perfect square, so you can write them like this:
+6%5E2%2Am%5E2+=+%286m%29%5E2+
Also, 81 is a perfect square +81+=+9%5E2
---------------
A general rule of algebra is:
+a%5E2+-+b%5E2+=+%28a%2Bb%29%2A%28a-b%29+
In your case, you have:
+%286m%29%5E2+-+9%5E2+=+%286m+%2B+9%29%2A%286m+-+9%29+
-------------
The above rule is worth remembering. Hope this helps

36m%5E2-81...look closely, ....you have 36m%5E2...since 36=6%5E2%29%29%29%2C+you+can+write+%7B%7B%7B36m%5E2 as %286m%29%5E2
you also have 81...since 81=9%5E2%29%29%29...substitute+it+in%0D%0A%0D%0A%7B%7B%7B36m%5E2-81=%286m%29%5E2-9%5E2.now, you have the difference of two squares and apply the rule for factoring the difference of two squares
%286m%29%5E2-9%5E2=%286m-9%29%286m%2B9%29
