You can put this solution on YOUR website! Find the x and y intercepts and graph the equation plotting the equations. -3x-5y=15
 To find the x-intercept, put 0 in for y:
 -3x - 5y = 15
 -3x - 5(0) = 15 {put 0 in for y}
 -3x = 15 {multiplied -5 by 0}
 x = -5 {divided both sides by -3}
 x-intercept = -5
 which is (-5,0) as coordinates of a point

 To find the y-intercept, put 0 in for x:
 -3x - 5y = 15
 -3(0) - 5y = 15 {put 0 in for x}
 -5y = 15 {multiplied -3 by 0}
 y = -3 {divided both sides by -5}
 y-intercept = -3
 which is (0,-3) as coordinates of a point

 To graph, put a point on (-5,0) and a point on (0,-3) and draw a line through the two points.
