r*(t-4)=74
r=74/(t-4)
148/t=74/(t-4)
74t=148*(t-4)
74t=148t-148*4
divide by 74
t=2t-2*4
subtract t
0=t-8
8=t
r=148/8
r=74/4
r=37/2
r=18.5
